\r\nThis is the first Europe-wide survey asking paediatric residents and young specialists about their training experiences:

\r\n\u25cf\tpreparedness for clinical work
\r\n\u25cf\tsatisfaction with training
\r\n\u25cf\tcareer outlook
\r\n
\r\nYour answers will create the first Europe-wide picture of paediatric training from the resident perspective. Results will be used to advocate for better training and working conditions.

\r\nThe survey is conducted by the Young EAP (YEAP), the junior section of the European Academy of Paediatrics (EAP), which is the official paediatric section of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), together with EAP Research in Ambulatory Settings network (EAPRASnet) in official collaboration with the WHO Regional Office for Europe (WHO\/Europe).

\r\n\u23f1 Participation is voluntary and anonymous, and the survey takes less than 10 minutes.

\r\n\ud83c\udf81 Prize draw: Everyone who completes the survey by May 31st 2026 can enter to win either a free ticket to CEPAS – the European Academy of Paediatric Societies Congress in Lyon,France (October 2026) or to the online CKP – Core Knowledge in Paediatrics Course (October 2026).
