Paediatric Residency – Structure, Training, Experience and Preparedness

Welcome to the Paed-STEP Residency Survey!
This is the first Europe-wide survey asking paediatric residents and young specialists about their training experiences:
● working conditions
● preparedness for clinical work
● satisfaction with training
● career outlook

Your answers will create the first Europe-wide picture of paediatric training from the resident perspective. Results will be used to advocate for better training and working conditions.

The survey is conducted by the Young EAP (YEAP), the junior section of the European Academy of Paediatrics (EAP), which is the official paediatric section of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), in collaboration with EAP Research in Ambulatory Settings network (EAPRASnet).

⏱ Participation is voluntary and anonymous, and the survey takes less than 10 minutes.
